Jimil Linton is a fresh face to the California comedy scene. Though new, she has been aggressive with her writing and stage time— performing at various open mics and shows throughout Central and Southern CA.  Jimil has been a featured and headlining comic at many shows from Fresno down to Los Angeles.  She is best known for her memorable storytelling and blindsiding humor.

Jimil is from California's Central Coast and started stand-up comedy in late September 2023.  She has gained some credibility performing in comedy festivals and contests throughout CA. She was in the 2024 Comedy Chateau International Comedy Festival and selected for the "Best of the Fest".  She was also selected to compete in the Selma Comedy Competition in July 2024 and won 3rd place.  Additionally, Jimil was in the 2024 Palm Springs Comedy Festival and SLO Comedy Festival's local showcase.  Her credits include: The Ice House, Flappers, The Well Comedy Club, HaHa Comedy Club, and Fourth Wall Comedy.  She runs a comedy production group called A Giggle of Misfits and produces a weekly show in Koreatown, Los Angeles.

In addition to comedy, Jimil is a singer-songwriter.  Her music can be found on Spotify and other streaming platforms under the artist name Jimil-Anne. She incorporates her musical talents into some of her stand-up comedy, and has a set dedicated specifically to Musical Comedy. Her song "Awkward" is part of this set.
